The Epsom office did not comply with the new building code and any change to the structure would require major seismic upgrades. The client chose to demolish the existing building and construct a new premises.
CDM produced full resource and building consent documentation including all consultants. Arranged a temporary premises for the branch and moved them temporarily. From there demolition commenced into staged construction allowing for full access through a shared driveway to the neighboring building occurred for the entire project.
Road closures and permits were obtained as required to load the large equipment for the construction through to all interior, joinery and soft furnishing items required.
The project handed to the client, was complete down to the coffee in the coffee machine. All aspects covered.
