Marsden Cove Dental
The vibrant Marsden Cove welcomed an exciting addition with the establishment of a new Dental Practice in the area. CDM took charge of the entire process, from design and consenting to construction, to bring this project to fruition.
Featuring three Dental Chairs, a sterile/lab, lunchroom, reception/waiting area, and a services room, the practice seamlessly caters to the dental needs of the local community in a modern, functional space.
Collaborating closely with Marsden Cove Dental, CDM ensured the practice was delivered punctually and within budget, setting the stage for exceptional dental care in the area.

CDM delivered the Marsden Cove Dental practice fit-out near Whangarei end to end as a single accountable party, covering complete design, quantity surveying, project management and construction. Completed 2019.
