CDM took on the full spectrum of design, consenting, and construction for this project endeavor. Situated adjacent to their new offices, the Barfoot & Thompson southern region training and auction rooms stand as a pinnacle of modern amenities, catering to staff and designated commercial and industrial agents alike. The project scope demanded multiple auction rooms and training areas, accommodating gatherings of 100-150 people, along with offices for 20-30 support staff. Mindful of the emotional nature of property transactions, our clients prioritized creating spaces where vendors and purchasers alike feel comfortable and at ease.

What CDM delivered

CDM delivered the Barfoot & Thompson Highbrook branch fit-out in East Tamaki end to end as a single accountable party, covering complete design, quantity surveying, project management and construction. Completed 2017.
