CDM was entrusted with the task of transforming the Barfoot & Thompson Ponsonby branch, and we exceeded expectations with a chic, modern office design that perfectly complements the trendy Ponsonby area. The fit-out aimed to create a functional, flexible space that balances both practical needs and aesthetic goals. Key features include a central reception area to welcome clients, an open-plan office layout with privacy screens, and an adaptable staff room that can seamlessly shift from a quiet lunch area to a space for larger meetings or auctions, thanks to a glass operable wall. This design not only enhances the flow of the office but also elevates the client experience, reflecting the high-end service Barfoot & Thompson is known for. The final result—a sophisticated, professional space—aligns with the premium feel of the Ponsonby location, ensuring clients feel the quality and professionalism the brand strives to deliver.
